Exact temperature control - every time!

To support the process for extrusion excellence, a high level of temperature control is needed.

The IUT die heater program enables a minimum of scrap percentage as well as a longer die life - these parameters supports the production process and a higher press speed.

All ovens can be integrated in automatic handling systems up to the press.

The IUT die heater program includes:

Type S3 - Fully automatic handling
Multi-chamber oven with single die handling.

Type R1 - Semi automated handling
Multi-chamber oven with one or more dies per chamber.

Type F - Manual handling
Multi-chamber floor oven, with horizontal sliding lids.
