Ageing excellence!

To meet the maximum efficiency in extrusion heating, our ovens are designed for a double cross-flow air circulation.

By using the double cross-flow air circulation, the air passes over the metal the shortest way and provides the lowest delta T and the best temperature accuracy in the profiles.

By following this, the heating/ageing cycle is kept to a minimum for each alloy.

The IUT Ageing programme includes:

Vertical chamber oven (VKU)
Modular ageing oven design, flexible for different alloys and different lengths

Special floor oven concept (GKU)

Ageing oven design as an option to the VKU-system for buildings with limited ceiling height

Traditional floor oven
Different solutions for different needs.
